What business VoIP means
VoIP makes calls over the internet instead of a traditional phone line. You can add lines as you need them and use compatible phones or devices from different locations.

Test everything before moving your number
We can set up a temporary number first, so your team can try the phone system before your current number moves.
- Set up your call flow. We’ll configure the features you need, such as IVR menus, call parking, transfers and routing.
- Install and test. We’ll install the phones at your location so your team can try the setup and request changes.
- Move your number. When you’re happy with the test, we’ll request the transfer. Porting can take several days. Keep your old phone service active; calls will continue to ring on your old line while the transfer is in progress.
- Switch over. Once the transfer is confirmed, calls to your number will ring through the new VoIP system. You can then retire the old line.
